Our primary maintenance package will maintain the viability of your Home Insurance Policy and will protect your investment. We will routinely check the security of all windows and doors and check heating, plumbing, electrical, and alarm systems.  We will make your home look lived in.

Including weekly snow removal and bi-weekly lawn and garden care. We will engage only licensed, insured trades persons for any necessary repairs.
